India is home to both the world’s hottest chilli, the Naga Jolokia (1,055,000 SHU), and the mildest chilli, the Bell Pepper (0–10 SHU). We source chillies from across India and store them at optimal temperatures to ensure long shelf life, allowing us to supply our valued customers year-round as per their requirements.
